8 months agoMy son begged to go here while we visited the mall. I'm glad we did! The rooms are always private (just your group) and they were able to add us in without a reservation on a Monday afternoon. On weekends, I imagine they get pretty busy. Cleo was kind and knowledgeable!

a year agoMy daughter had asked for this experience for her bday present and we said yes. Her and a group of friends and family between the ages of 11-14 took the plunge. They loved every bit about their adventure and came out smiling and wanting more. Cleo was our party hostess and she did a phenomenal job. She was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. If you’re planning a party at 5 Wits make sure to ask for Cleo. We will back again to enjoy the adventures.

3 weeks agoAs someone that has done >20 escape rooms, I’m underwhelmed. The rooms were well made, but lacked the depth of puzzles typically found in escape rooms. With the unsolicited audio prompts and clues, they herd you right on through. It seems almost impossible to fail. For the price and time spent ($40ish for 26 minutes), I’d recommend trying elsewhere.

2 months agoThe workers were friendly, the rooms were clean (it was more than one room) and we did the space one. It's not like your average escape room. Typically if you fail you lose, this one was based on points and how fast you got through a room, we still failed but we just got "the bad ending" but still escaped. It was still fun none the less, would recommend to others, but not like your typical escape room (maybe the other ones haven't tried them yet)

4 months agoWe had a group of 7 (6 adults, one younger child) and did the dragon themed experience. Of the few escape room-like activities I've done, this was probably my last favorite. The first area only one or two people could really do anything while the other 5 of us just stood around for 5 minutes. Without spoiling, it wasn't really much of a challenge, it was more just a "task" that they told you how to do and wasted time. The other puzzles were ok but you were told how to do them and basically hints would keep dropping even if you didn't want them and wanted to figure it out for ourselves. Just not what I'm used to and it wasn't very challenging overall for a group of adults. I can see it being fun for a younger crowd but I had way more fun at Escape City which I felt actually made me think and challenge myself, and get hints only if you wanted them not having them forced at you. I would not go back and do the other two experiences personally. The 34 minutes ended really quick. Just when you are getting into the groove of things and ready for more it was "game over". Not terrible but there is nothing on the website that really leads you to believe it's for a younger crowd. At least that's how the dragon one was. $230 for all of us was NOT worth it.
