💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Sign waivers online ahead of time to ensure a smoother and timelier check-in process.
- →Consider arriving right at opening (e.g., 11 am) for a cleaner environment and potentially fewer crowds.
- →If planning to use the arcade, consider purchasing the $100 gift card for 50 free tokens, as it was considered 'worth it' by one reviewer who spent about $100.
- →Definitely try the spinning bumper cars; they are recommended for both kids and adults.
- →Be prepared for inconsistent staff supervision, especially on attractions like the ropes course; be ready to assist your children or seek specific attentive staff members.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Inconsistent staff attentiveness and supervision, especially on the ropes course/rock climbing, with some staff not noticing children in distress or needing help.
- ⚠Ropes course has unclear directions and challenging obstacles, with unequal path options (e.g., 1 vs 3 choices).
- ⚠Significant issues with party host service, including lack of greeting, guidance, attentiveness, and explanation of services (e.g., extra socks).
- ⚠Problems with waiver processing, including online waivers going missing and requiring re-filling upon arrival, causing significant delays (e.g., 30 minutes).
- ⚠Severe overcrowding can occur, leading to no available space to jump, stand, or sit, potentially indicating capacity limits are not strictly enforced.
- ⚠Booked party rooms and ordered food (pizzas) can be forgotten or not provided, leading to parties without designated space or sustenance.
- ⚠Front desk and concession staff can be unhelpful and refuse to answer questions when issues arise.
- ⚠Management can appear stressed and be unkind when dealing with customer problems.
- ⚠The venue does not feature 'battle balls' (hamster-looking balls).
Price & Value
An arcade visit can lead to spending around $100, with a promotion offering 50 free tokens for a $100 gift card being considered good value. A birthday party package for 15 jumpers cost 'almost $800' but was deemed not worth it by one reviewer due to severe service issues (unattentive host, forgotten items), indicating highly variable value depending on the experience.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs

🍎Food & Drink Policy
- •Pizzas are available for purchase and can be ordered for party packages.
- •There are instances where ordered pizzas for parties were forgotten or brought out with delays.
- •No information provided regarding outside food or drink policy.
🚗Parking Info
- •Parking information is not mentioned in the provided reviews.
👥Crowd Levels
- •Can be severely 'overpacked' on weekends, with no space to jump, stand, or sit, suggesting capacity limits may not be strictly followed.
- •Arriving at opening (e.g., 11 am) likely offers a less crowded experience.
🛡️Safety Features
- •Generally aims for a 'safe and enjoyable experience'.
- •Some staff members (e.g., AJ/Adrian) actively teach kids how to use safety clips and navigate the ropes course safely.
- •However, safety supervision can be inconsistent, with some staff not noticing children stuck or needing help on high-risk attractions.
- •Waivers are required for participation in activities.
⏰When to Avoid
- • Weekends, particularly if overcrowding is a concern, as severe overpacking has been reported with no room to play or sit.
- • Booking birthday parties without confirming party room availability and food orders thoroughly, as these can be forgotten.
- • Expecting consistent high levels of staff attentiveness and proactive guidance across all areas, especially on busy days.
- • If 'battle balls' (hamster-looking balls) are a must-have attraction, as they are not offered.

3 months agoWe had a blast! If I had it to do over I would have gotten the 100 gift card for the 50 free arcade tokens. Definitely would have been worth it because we spent about 100. Also they don't have battle balls (the hamster looking balls) unfortunately but everything else was very fun and well kept up with. Definitely try the spinning bumper car!! I took a turn after my kiddo and loved it

a month agoWe had a great time! Arrived right at 11am, signed waivers ahead of time. Were able to pay and get socks timely. The person at the desk greeted us and helped with sock sizing which was nice. It was clean as expected for opening. Our kids (between ages 9 and 4) enjoyed the variety of activities. Not as many staff as expected yet it didn't impact the experience. Kids took turns and were respectful so didn't seem to be needed. I they could have used another staff in the back managing the rock climbing; however when one of the staff (AJ or Adrian was his name maybe) was by the ropes course he was very attentive. He noticed when kids needed to get unclipped from the rocks (and noticed as I was struggling to help my daughter). He was also the only employee that took care in knowing how kids were doing on the ropes course. Our daughters when first trying it out, didn't know how to get the safety clip to move through the track. He took time to go up and not just get them unstuck but taught them so they could do the course. He was also the only employee who recognized when kids were stuck or needed help. One female employee today didn't notice that a child was on the course and unable to move the harness through the track. My daughter who was shown by the male staff member earlier in the day went to help the boy stuck because the parents couldn't get the attention of the female staff member to help him. Even going down the steps to get off the course a child kept getting the rope stuck in the grooves of the track and the female worker didn't even look up. Again it was my daughter that was moving the other child's rope to help. One improvement for the ropes course would be to identify directions in a better way than the beams. My daughter said it was hard to know which way to go when up there. Some obstacles were also hard to go to. There was 1 option to go in one direction vs 3 options the other direction. In the end it was a great experience and a lot of fun. Thank you!

2 weeks ago**LONG Review** This was our first time in this place, we booked a party room for my son's birthday party. The place overall is as good as it should. My son and his friends had a blast. They enjoyed all the jumping and gaming. That was not an issue. I just had an issue with the party room host. When you say host, I like to think it's someone who welcomes you, guides you, and looks after you in your stay... right??? Well...... this host was completely the opposite. When we arrived, our host was leaning over the counter, on the tablet. Not once did she smile at us, or greeted us or any of our guests as they arrived. As our first time being there, we didn't know what to do, or we weren't told about the waiver that needed to be signed, UNTIL the kids wanted to jump and needed socks. The pizzas were brought to the room (which had a big fan) and sat there for about 5 minutes before it was announced on the speaker. The only time we saw the "host" was when we arrived, when she brought the food/drinks, and when our time was over. Other than that, not once did she ask us if we needed something. At the end, she never even explained about our extra socks (we had some kids cancel last minute). we had the package for 15 jumpers, and only 10 came. So we had 5 extra socks, right? I mean, they were already paid for. But no, nothing was explained for that. When it was time to check out for final payment, they still asked if you wanted to leave a tip, which i don't mind tipping. But I always say, the tip you give is based on the experience you get. How attentive the person is that helped you. Sadly, this made me not want to host a birthday here ever again. Almost $800, never again. Should've gone with my second option for booking a birthday party.

a month agoI’ve been to adventure park twice. The first time I went it was fine and we had fun. I went a few weekends ago and it was TERRIBLE. The problems started when we were checking in at the front. They were missing half of our waivers although we had the confirmation emails. We were made to refill them out. It was frustrating because some of the kids we had with us didn’t have their parents with them and they had already filled out the waivers online. So we spent 30 minutes refilling out the forms. After we got all of that sorted, we were ready to jump and have fun- however, they were so overpacked there was no where to actually jump due to the sheer amount of people. There was no room to sit down or stand. You would think they would have a capacity maximum. I’m sure they do but I don’t think it was being followed. The icing on the cake was that we were supposed to have a party room. But as I said, due to the lack of planning and management on their end, we had no where to go for the party. We also ordered several pizzas when we made our reservation and they forgot about them. So we had no food and no space for our party. Extremely frustrating. The staff working the front desk and concession area were no help and refused to answer our questions. The manager seemed stressed to the max and she was extremely unkind. I was trying to be understanding but they were so unprofessional.
