My experience with Adventure Sports Kiteboarding School & Kayak Rental was excellent from start to finish. I initially reached out via the number provided, left a message, and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and helpful response I received via text. Roy quickly provided all the details I needed, including rental pricing. On Sunday, my husband and I had a fantastic afternoon renting a tandem kayak. The service was friendly, the equipment was well-maintained, and the overall experience was seamless. It was the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful day on the water. If you’re looking for a reliable and enjoyable kayak rental experience, I highly recommend this location!

Had an absolutely amazing experience at this kite school! The teacher was incredible—patient, knowledgeable, and made every lesson so much fun. The entire staff was super welcoming and created such a positive vibe, making me feel confident and even more interested in learning kite surfing. The other surfers at the spot were also super friendly, which made the experience even better. I’m already looking forward to coming back for more sessions. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn kite surfing!

Had a great instructor Robby, helped me and my very uncoordinated friend learn quickly. I was honestly impressed with how well Robby was able to easily instruct my friend to learn so fast. It was really clear how well Robby knows his stuff, but also how proficient he can be in conveying his knowledge and giving the best customer service. One of the best experiences I’ve had in the last few years, especially for learning something new and seemingly challenging!!

I had a great experience learning kitesurfing here overall. The location is great, with shallow waters that make it much easier for beginners to practice and build confidence. However, I think the kite point itself could benefit from better infrastructure. There’s limited space to set up gear and relax, and I can’t help but wonder why they haven’t partnered with the city to expand and create a more inviting place to spend time. That said, my instructor, Robby Carillo, was absolutely fantastic and made a huge difference in my learning process. His teaching style and patience were key to my progress. He was 100% focused during lessons and always had a great way of explaining what I was doing right or wrong and how I could improve. It was clear he had a lot of experience teaching others, and it showed in how effectively he communicated. 5 starts for him without a doubt! As for the school itself, the management could use some improvement. It wasn’t uncommon to show up and find no instructor assigned to me, which made things feel very disorganized. However, it seems like things have improved this year (2024). My girlfriend continued taking lessons in the second half of 2024, and it was clear that communication between the school, instructors, and students had gotten much better compared to when I was taking my lessons (2023-2024).

Andrea is the best coach there is. After several hours of lessons, I was able to do my waterstart perfectly! She also has a lot of patience, an incredible amount! Thank you, Andrea and Adventure Sports, for everything. I'm still taking more lessons. See you soon!
