"Beautiful park to hang out at. Speer isn't too loud and generally, if it is too loud, I'll move over to the playground area. Took my cat put for a walk and he loved it! It's a fantastic place to take photos. I recomend the spring and early summer to see all the flowers. It is a clearly well cared for park!"
