All American Gymnastics offers exceptional long-term developmental programs, fostering gymnasts from as young as 9 months through competitive team levels, and hosts 'AWESOME' birthday parties. The core value lies in its highly dedicated, caring coaches who provide individual attention and create a family-like, safe environment, making it 'worth it' despite potential higher costs.

What parents should know

Summarized from real visitor reviews.

Best for: Birthday parties for children seeking an 'AWESOME' and engaging experience with a great host.Parents looking for long-term gymnastics development for their children, starting from infancy (9 months old).Families prioritizing highly supportive, caring, and personally invested coaches.Children aiming to progress from recreational classes to competitive gymnastics teams.Families desiring a community-like, 'second home' environment for their child's activities.

Why families love it

  • Birthday parties are 'AWESOME' with amazing, top-notch hosts who engage all guests.
  • Coaches and staff genuinely care, often working individually with children in their spare time, personally knowing and rooting for their growth.
  • Provides a 'safe and fun environment' where children can learn and flourish, with explicit mention of not being mistreated, abused, or forced.
  • Offers a clear progression path from beginners recreation classes to team level.
  • Fosters a 'second home' and 'family-like' atmosphere, treating participants with love and care.
  • Children can start gymnastics programs as young as 9 months old and continue for many years (e.g., until 7 years old and beyond).

Insider tips

  • For scheduling any service (especially birthday parties), plan *very* far in advance (e.g., several months) and be prepared for significant communication delays (up to 4 weeks for a response).
  • Be persistent with follow-ups for scheduling; do not rely on initial emails or voicemails for quick responses.
  • Explicitly confirm all pricing details for birthday parties and other services in writing to avoid unexpected charges, such as the reported $50 increase.
  • Ask for specific details regarding event logistics, like setup times for parties, as this information may not be provided proactively.

Good to know before you go

  • Making last-minute scheduling requests or expecting prompt responses for any administrative inquiries.
  • Assuming website pricing for parties is final; always re-confirm total costs to avoid unexpected fees.
  • Booking services without confirming all logistical details (e.g., party setup times) in advance.
  • Extremely poor and 'SERIOUSLY LACKING' communication for scheduling: impossible to reach anyone, countless emails and many messages went unanswered, with one parent receiving a response 4 weeks after initial contact.
  • Website listed one price for a birthday party, but the amount due at pickup was unexpectedly increased by $50 without prior notification.
Crowds
Not explicitly mentioned in the reviews, but the high demand for parties and long-term participation suggests it can be popular and potentially busy during peak times.
Value
Described by a long-term participant as 'expensive' but 'worth it' due to the quality of coaching and the positive environment. However, there's a significant concern with uncommunicated price increases, specifically a $50 unannounced charge for a birthday party beyond the website's stated price.
Food
No specific food policy for general attendance mentioned. For birthday parties, setup time was not communicated, implying a need to clarify logistics for food/cake setup directly.
Accessibility
No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in the reviews.
Safety
Reviewers consistently describe the environment as 'safe and fun'.

"So the birthday parties here are AWESOME. Our child has had a party here twice and we cannot say enough about the party host. He does an amazing job with the party kid and all the guests. It’s a top notch experience. HOWEVER it is impossible to get in touch with ANYONE AT THE GYM TO SCHEDULE ANYTHING. I sent countless emails and I called and left many messages. Someone got back to me 4 weeks after my initial phone calls and e-mails. Not being able to get in touch with the gym made it very difficult to want to have the party here, but my daughter wanted her party at this gym due to her positiv"

"All American Gymnastics is absolutely the best! My daughter will be 7 next month and has been doing gymnastics at All American every session since she was 9 months old. We have also hosted and attended birthday parties there as well as summer camps…so many opportunities for fun!! Lee and Michelle are wonderful and if you want a safe and fun environment for your child to learn and flourish you need to give them a try!!"

"We switched to All American last year for our daughter and couldn’t be happier. The coaches and staff really care, often times going above and beyond to work individually in their spare time with my daughter, knowing her personally and genuinely rooting for her growth as a gymnast and a person. Thank you for making it a great experience for us."
