2 months agoI just think if you’re going to charge per hour, then maybe ensure your equipment works properly? We went to the front desk multiple times (2 of which the front guy couldn’t be found, smoking maybe?) to ask it to be fixed, we were moved lanes, and he said he would add more time, but didn’t. I know he didn’t because the people right next to us finished at the same time, and coincidentally we started at the same time. I was nice. The frustrating part other than all of it is that this is the most expensive place to bowl. But WHY!? The poor people a few lanes down were basically bowling in the dark. I just hate this place and won’t come back. I’ll be sure to tell people how much I hate this place as well. Word of mouth is free advertising. I just feel like if you pay $53 for an hour of bowling, you might be able to fit in more than just 2 games, but bad equipment made it impossible. Just don’t. Don’t come here. Don’t eat here. It’s just bad.

3 months agoThe bowling lanes are well-maintained, with vibrant lighting and a lively atmosphere that keeps the energy up. The food is surprisingly good for an entertainment venue—think elevated comfort food, with options like loaded nachos, pizza, and burgers. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. All Star Bowling is the perfect spot for a casual night out, birthday parties, or even corporate events.m

a month agoThis place has good food and food bowling. The customer service is terrible though. First, they didn't "hold" our reservation. We prepaid a month ago! So, we started about an hour after our start time was supposed to happen. Later, I noticed that all the parties around us had brought in their own food and drinks. So, after our large party had purchased a lot of food, I just stepped out to grab a smoothie and a coke zero - neither of which they sell here - and the front desk people stopped me. They let another party with whole Harmon's grocery bags in that sat next to us. And the table on the other side had their owned canned beverages. And the table to the far side even had their kids walking up and down their whole lane. But they sure singled me out. After I mentioned that they weren't enforcing their rules very well, they said that the other customers must have hid it from them better than I did. They then took my drinks from me and placed them on the back counter in the front desk area. I assume they enjoyed them for themselves.

2 months agoLet me preferences by saying my siblings and I all decided it would be a good idea to go bowling to celebrate my father’s birthday. We were wrong . We waited over 35 minutes to get our bowling lanes (there were eight of us) Once we got our lanes, the lanes continued to glitch for over 15 minutes. We continue to ask for help throughout the entire time. After about 20 minutes. (no one has even bowled at this point because of all of the glitches.) one of the lanes completely stopped working. They send a text to reboot it. It doesn’t work. They tell us we could either bowl without the screens or we can wait another 10 minutes for a different lane. So after 35 minutes of waiting 15 minutes of the machine is not working and another 10 minutes of waiting. ( was more like 20 to 25 minutes) I asked him if our time was going to be restarted since we haven’t bowl for over 30 minutes at this point . They said they weren’t sure if they can do that and then I had to proceed to tell them this is a birthday party. We’ve been waiting over 30 minutes in line over 20 minutes or these lanes. I don’t even know the time at this point, but we’ve been at the mall for over an hour And they aren’t deducting our time?! we haven’t bought a single ball at this point. Finally, they say they’ll restart our time and move us to a different lane.. so my family that was there with younger children and already had to leave because we said our bowling time for about two hours and already had to wait for over an hour. Through this time we saw our waitress a total of two times. One to ask for our order and once to bring us our drinks . When we were finally done bowling, she brought us our check and then we had to wait another 10 minutes after our bowling time was over for a waitress to come back and even grab the check for us to pay . I genuinely would not recommend this bowling alley. If my life depended on it my eight-year-old niece didn’t have fun here. We couldn’t even order her a damn cookie because no one came. 💀 Also no offense to the staff, but they have no idea what they’re doing, but they have absolutely nobody to help them or teach them from what it looks like .
