"I just think if you’re going to charge per hour, then maybe ensure your equipment works properly? "This place has good food and food bowling. The customer service is terrible though. First, they didn't "hold" our reservation. We prepaid a month ago! So, we started about an hour after our start time was supposed to happen. Later, I noticed that all the parties around us had brought in their own food and drinks. So, after our large party had purchased a lot of food, I just stepped out to grab a smoothie and a coke zero - neither of which they sell here - and the front desk people stopped me.
