"First time going. The staff was two women and they were Very sweet. The one was younger and one was older (not old by any means of course) but the older one was so incredibly nice and helpful (the lady in one of my pics) . After being baffled by the amount of parents who just simply don’t watch their kids, seeing kids run wild and getting in other kids way where they don’t belong, I’m even more impressed how that lady was so happy and upbeat and so kind. I couldn’t handle a job like that. She deserves a raise! Absolutely adored her so please pass that along. The park itself is smaller than exp"

"We got the MVP room Birthday package for our son, an it did not disappoint. It was set up for us on arrival, with decorations and plates ready to start. Everything was easy an effortless as for my part. I am so appreciative for all the wonderful staff support in planning an getting it worked out the week leading up to the party. As well as giving all our party guest a memorable day while we was there an they even cleaned up for us! Thank you to Lucy our host who was so sweet an prompt she is just wonderful! "Our party host was amazing and it made my sons birthday party so EASY. She had the table all set up for our arrival and made sure to take care of all the cleanup. She checked in several times and made sure the pizza was delivered exactly when we wanted it. I was able to chat with other parents as everything was taken care of (and the kids had a blast!). I wish I remembered her name so I could share it but I was so impressed by her"
