Altitude Trampoline Park Tampa

This place is a little run down and would benefit from a deep clean. Not bad overall but certainly not great. I wouldn’t recommend anything more than a 60 minute pass as there is not much for older kids to do besides jump. There was no rock wall, the playground is only for small children, and both the zip line and trapeze areas were not open.

My son loves glow night (vid). It’s like a nightclub for kiddos. Fun anytime for kids his age though (6). Also had his 3rd birthday party there and it’s nice having a place in AC where adults can relax, but kids have a huge range of options. The little playground they added a while back for smaller kiddos is awesome too. It wasn’t there when we’d last gone a couple years back. Nice addition. If they could find a way to speed up the front checkin process that would be great. I bought ticket online, did waiver online, but the girl at the front asked me questions that took a solid 4-5 minutes despite me having the ticket pulled up for scanning, etc…. I’m glad the place survived after all the C19 crap! Too many businesses like this didn’t and it’s such a great option for the hottest days, and there are many. They really made efforts to clean up and give it a refresh too. :)

Overall the price is good, for example I paid about $18 for 90 minutes for a six year old. It includes the whole park basically. Don’t use the Photo Booth, it took my $5 and cursor doesn’t work to choose or do anything. Music is fun for many ages. I came during a Monday at 11 and it’s perfect for us introverts, there’s hardly anyone here. My only complaint is that it’s ran by teens it seems and they could be monitoring and cleaning, because it needs it.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical about having my little guy’s 4th bday here. Especially after reading some of the recent reviews: “dirty” “bad service” “rude manager”. I didn’t experience any of that here - thank the Lord. We spent a hefty amount to have a private room and 20 jumpers, so had I had a bad experience, I would have been really upset. But thankfully that was not the case for me! We had an amazing time and all of our guests were happy. Parents were glad to have their kids spend their energy jumping and having fun with their friend. Our party host was super friendly and attentive, even though I could tell he was a bit overwhelmed. We were not his only party. So I totally understand. He was still respectful and on top of everything. I am concerned about the lack of employees for this place. I barely saw any employees at the trampolines. It took a while to find one to referee the dodgeball game. Regardless, I’m still glad I was able to have the party here without a glitch and not having to clean up the mess at home, so yeah - take my money. If you’re concerned about the cleanliness - it’s a trampoline park with literally thousands of kids - stay home!

We had my daughters 9th birthday party here with 8 of her friends. We did have to book the party online in advance to secure the all the benefits of the place. It was about $350, but they supply table, balloons, cake, drinks and pizza. Depending on thr package you can rooms and private events inside the trampoline park. The kids got to play dosgeball and basketball as well as just having a great time. You do have sign the waiver and buy socks to jump. Even if you are a spectator you need to purchase socks to walk around on the live floor. This place gets absolutely packed on the weekends so be sure to be patient as there are a lot of parties and kids here. There is also food and snacks behind the check in area for purchase if you are no there for a party. The Staff is 👍 good and they help where they can. They have staff throughout the trampoline park.making sure rules are followed and everyone is having a good time. They also make sure it is sanitized if there are any accidents by children.
