"Wow. 2 of my friends and I went all the way here to see a movie. 1 hour and 40 minutes away. What got us to this theater was the dine in feature which I have been to in the past. I was so excited to go with them. As soon as we get our tickets scanned in, we’re stared at like we were about to get made fun of. Sure, the movie choice was silly, but I thought the employees were being silly when we were directed to guest services. They said the movie had been canceled! The next showing was 2 hours later. Are you kidding me? Wow. We were blown away. No accomidations were made, no freebies, no apolog"

"Went for a 10:00 p.m. movie the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. I thought about taking a photo but decided to spare you all. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day the trash cans were overflowing. Not to mention we had a whole family of 5-6 people sitting in the seats that we paid for in the prime movie theater with the reclinable seats, that was an awkward situation. I don't think it would hurt to have someone lead people to their assigned seats if you are paying for them."
