AMC DINE-IN Vestavia Hills 10

Wow. 2 of my friends and I went all the way here to see a movie. 1 hour and 40 minutes away. What got us to this theater was the dine in feature which I have been to in the past. I was so excited to go with them. As soon as we get our tickets scanned in, we’re stared at like we were about to get made fun of. Sure, the movie choice was silly, but I thought the employees were being silly when we were directed to guest services. They said the movie had been canceled! The next showing was 2 hours later. Are you kidding me? Wow. We were blown away. No accomidations were made, no freebies, no apologies no nothing!! Not even a “hey safe travels.” Would rate 0 stars if I could. Why not show us the movie when you have 3 paying customers who were here to see the movie? Do better AMC! We ended up going to the Patton Creek 15 theater, but it’s not near the same. I WANT MY HEATED SEATS! I WANT MY RECLINING SEATS!! I WANT TO WATCH THE MOVIE WITH COMFORT! These chairs here, they’re soft and alright, BUT ITS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. Very disappointed if you couldn’t tell. Plain ridiculous if you ask me

Went for a 10:00 p.m. movie the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. I thought about taking a photo but decided to spare you all. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day the trash cans were overflowing. Not to mention we had a whole family of 5-6 people sitting in the seats that we paid for in the prime movie theater with the reclinable seats, that was an awkward situation. I don't think it would hurt to have someone lead people to their assigned seats if you are paying for them.

Travel all the way from from T-town to come here. They have an amazing selection of food while you watch a movie. Definitely stop by and check them out.

I attended the 12:50 PM showing and was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the theater. The smell inside was terrible—like a sewer—and it made the whole experience really uncomfortable. For the price of tickets and concessions, the least you expect is a clean, odor-free environment. Definitely needs better maintenance.

Horrible experience. Me and my friends drove all the way to Birmingham from Prattville to come see a movie. One and a half hour drive. When we arrived they scanned our tickets and told us the movie had been canceled. They gave us free vouchers but I paid extra to go to this specific theater because it was a dine in theater with reclining seats. Very disappointed. Do not waste your time at this theater.
