10 months agoThis place was way more entertaining for my 10 year old (and myself) than i expected it to be. Wow. The quality of the exhibits, the accessibility, and the helpful staff were all 10/10. If you have strollers or wheelchairs enter at the planetarium entrance. This is a must do for yourself and/or your kids when visiting NYC!

a year agoDecent place to visit. Staff was nice, enjoyed my visit. I honestly only came to see the King Tut portion which was alright for what it was worth. Definitely think the tickets for general admission were more pricey than it was worth. It was only my wife and I with GA+King Tut tickets and totaled $80. Good luck with your family of 3+! And there was long, unnecessary line to the admission stands for both pre-ordered tickets and those ordering the admission. They need to have a kiosk for those with pre-orderd tickets. Entire building smelled kinda nasty and TONS of children without adult supervision.

a year agoGreat exhibits. Nicely spaced out. We were too late for the Egyptian but too early for the titanic so that stinks for us 😂 but it was still worth it!

a year agoI don’t like to leave negative reviews but, this was really nothing like the ads for it. Cheap looking dinosaurs. The “rides” are nothing. The “Fossil expert” couldn’t tell us if they were real or not. The “show” on how to train a dinosaur had a man in the worst costume I’ve ever seen. His own legs hung out of the bottom of the costume so it appeared the dinosaur had 4 legs and 2 arms. The food options were cold and stale. The craft area was a coloring page. The fossil dig was lacking in digging tools and overcrowded. No doubt because it was the only entertaining thing for the kids. I hate to see young families waste their money on this event!
