What parents say
"Sweet gum park! Not a lot of equipment but enough to entertain a 2yo. The claw was kind of cool."

"It doesn't seem like any effort has been put into maintaining this park after it was first built. It is in a nice location with a lot of trees around. I brought my kids here because this was the closest park to the Hilton. It is for kids under 8 years. The swings were good. There is a circular trail for the kids to walk around. The only problem is that the tree roots have started to break up the trail making it unsafe for kids to run around. It also made it difficult to push a stroller around."

"Always a good time whenever we visit. Covered picnic table pavilion (though the trees provide a lot of shade on their own), a water fountain that works, play structure, swings, and a wobble-totter which looks like a teeter-totter, but is more safe. Not gated, but set sufficiently back from the road that runners can be intercepted. No toilets."
