Ancil Hoffman Park

This park is not far from my home, and it is absolutely amazing!!! We saw a family of deer there. The scenery is fantastic. If you love hiking and nature this park is a good place to visit in Fair Oaks!

I’ve loved Ancil Hoffman since I was a kid! It will always hold a special place in my heart. And what’s not to love? You have the river, Nature Center, wild life, park to BBQ and have get togethers, golf course, it’s perfect!

It’s so peaceful and beautiful. You can go for picnic here with family and play golf and you can do fishing, walking or what ever you want also you will see wild animals and birds here. Walking by the river and enjoying the nature is amazing

Ancil Hoffman Park is an absolute gem in the Sacramento area. Nestled along the American River, this park offers stunning natural beauty, peaceful walking trails, and abundant wildlife. The towering oaks provide plenty of shade, and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot wild turkeys, deer, and a variety of birds along the trails. The river views are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s a fantastic place for families, solo explorers, and nature lovers alike. Whether you’re visiting the Effie Yeaw Nature Center, taking a leisurely stroll, or just soaking in the tranquility, Ancil Hoffman Park never disappoints. Definitely one of my favorite places in the region!
