"Such an amazing afternoon. Vanessa our guide was so passionate and well informed. The animals were amazing to both see and interact with. I had no idea how cuddly and milk greedy kangaroos can get. It was an amazing experience I would do again 100%. Otters, something I had always wanted to do fully lived up to my expectations. Next time I want to swim with them. Capybaras were as adorable as I hoped they’d me. Kangaroos we so sweet and just wanted to be held. The baby sloth had the perfect smile and the camel family gave us the best lip service ever. "This was our second visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. Gabe was our tour Guide this time and he did A great job, made it very interesting with his own stories and experiences so it did not seem repetitive. He is a great storyteller. My nieces was with us and she has always wanted to pet an otter, so. Check that off the bucket list. I highly recommend adding the otter petting or you won’t see these cuties. Petting the sloth and the kangaroos was a bonus. Will be back next time we have visitors. Thank you, Gabe for making it a great experience"

"Fantastic time! Staff there is awesome! Friendly, informative and you can feel that they really care about animals and love what they do! Our guide Gabe was great-cool and funny! Animals are so lovely there and look well maintained and loved! Loved the experience. Highly recommend as a weekend adventure for kids and adults! We had the VIP tour, encounter with otters was the highlight for me!"
