My recent visit to the arcade was extremely disappointing. I paid nearly $100 to load up a fun card with points, expecting to play a variety of games. Instead, roughly 90% of the arcade’s machines (especially the claw and prize games) did not accept our cards, so we could only play four games total. • Limited game access: We paid almost $100 for fun card credits but discovered that the vast majority of machines wouldn’t accept the cards. In practice, we could play only four games, because all the claw and prize machines were off-limits. • Wasted money and points: Nearly $60 worth of points (120 “fun points”) ended up completely unusable. We essentially paid for credit that we couldn’t spend on any of the advertised games. • Broken system: Even when we managed to play a game, the tickets we won weren’t loading onto our card. The entire card/ticketing system seemed to malfunction. • Poor customer service: After repeatedly explaining the issue to the staff and manager, they simply refused to issue any refund or provide assistance. The manager insisted we would not get a refund, despite the clear malfunction of their system. Overall, this felt like a blatant money-grab. We wasted both time and money on an arcade visit that delivered zero fun. I will not be returning to this arcade, and I cannot recommend it to anyone, given how frustrating and disappointing the experience was.

Today I just did a little pop up visit and let me say it was night and day from my last visit on Oct 19th. My server was Robyn and she was very attentive to my table. Bringing all necessary items before the food came out, bringing the drinks in a timely many, asking was my pizza and wings good for my daughter and I showcased great service. The last time I visited Apex for my daughter’s birthday was not so great from cold food, no utensils or plates to eat with or enough cups for our drinks and this time everything was excellent. The General Manager Jedd I believe called me about my visit which made me feel like the establishment cared about making things right for their customers and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. We will be returning as we’re locals and usually have a great time when we visit. 10/10…I forgot and this time the pizza was cheesy!!! Great job culinary team!!

Fun for Everyone at Apex Entertainment! Apex Entertainment was such a great time! There were so many different activities to choose from—something for everyone, and each one was well organized with just the right amount of time to really enjoy it. Whether it was bowling, arcade games, or laser tag, everything ran smoothly and kept the energy high. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You could tell they cared about making sure guests were having a good time. The venue itself was clean, spacious, and welcoming, which made it even more enjoyable to spend time there. Overall, Apex had a really positive atmosphere and offered a fun, laid-back way to spend a day with friends or family. Can’t wait to go back!

Had a fantastic company outing at Apex Entertainment. Bowling and the arcade was a great team building experience. Tati, our host for the evening was attentive and friendly.

Shannon was amazing!!!! She helped to guide my little girl the entire time. She took breaks with her and went at her pace! We will be back! Ryan was also amazing with his positive energy!
