2 months agoDisappointing Experience at Aquatic Springs – A Birthday Gift Gone Wrong As someone who carefully researched and wanted to make my birthday memorable with a gift to myself, I chose Aquatic Springs in Las Vegas for swim lessons. After thorough research on where to take swim lessons, I thought I had found a place that was not only close to home but also reputable. Unfortunately, my experience on March 1, 2025, turned out to be a letdown. The class was scheduled for 10:15 AM, and I arrived early, eager and excited to finally learn how to swim. When I arrived, I was told to wait under the sign that indicated where the swim lessons were taking place. As I sat there, patiently waiting, the time ticked on. By 10:25 AM, no one had approached me or informed me of what was happening. In fact, it took me to stop to find out lessons had started without me. It was a frustrating start to what was supposed to be a special day. I had high expectations going into this class, but the lack of communication and coordination from the staff was incredibly disappointing. I can understand that things happen, but it was clear that the management and customer service could have been far better. I hoped to leave feeling confident and excited about learning to swim, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. Unfortunately, my experience at Aquatic Springs left much to be desired, and I won’t be returning for future lessons. I would recommend anyone considering swim lessons in Las Vegas to look for other options that value their customers' time and experience.

4 years agoAnother great public pool within the Clark County system. This one shares the same huge parking lot as Wet and Wild Park. Best to reserve online, handy during COVID19. Well maintained 10 lanes indoor lap lanes (25yards). Free WiFi in all country facilities. Nice touches : 2 gigantic fans above pool for cooling and ventilation. Garage doors rolled up around pool also improves air. Narrow ledge along the walls inside the pool helps to get out of pool easier.

5 years agoGreat staff, lap swim, free swim, and an obstacle course on the water. I enjoy the outside seating areas. I could sit outside on a reclining chair, in the shade and watch my kids swim. They also have a large patio with tables where they allow parties.
