🍎Food Policy

• • After School Program: Parents must provide a balanced meal for lunch & snacks in an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack. Food that needs heating must be preheated and sent in a thermos; Art Heart SLC does not heat lunches.
• • After School Program: Art Heart SLC is NOT a nut-free school.
• • Birthday Parties: You (the host) are responsible for providing the cake, food, and treats.

🛡️Safety Policy

• • Birthday Parties: 1-2 adults are required to attend children's parties at all times.
• • After School Program: Medication is not administered by staff.

📅Booking Policy

• • Summer Camp: Register via the website (https://www.arthartslc.org/summer-camp). Choose weekly themes and add to cart. Complete payment at checkout. A Welcome Letter and a Registration Form will be sent via email. The child's spot is not secured until the registration form and the non-refundable $75 fee are completed.
• • After School Program: Enrollment fee ($75) must accompany the registration form and is charged yearly in August or upon initial registration. Tuition is based on a 10-month commitment for the school year. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Automatic credit card payment is required. Contact for scholarships if experiencing financial hardship.
• • Home School Program: Registration via email. Payment guarantees your child's spot.
• • Birthday Parties: Call or email to inquire about date and time (email with date/time, age group). Payment is due upon reservation. Book online. Guests should inform of the number of attendees and their ages.
