💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Ignore outdated online photos; the current facility is much larger and nicer than depicted (R2).
  • If you experience a decline in coaching quality or attention for your child, be prepared to communicate directly with management, as parent portal messages may not be answered (R5).
  • Be aware that coach assignments may change, potentially impacting a child's experience (R5).
  • The quality of instruction and environment is considered 'worth the drive' even for families living 30 minutes away (R1).

Things to Consider

  • Inconsistent coaching quality: one reviewer reported a new teacher who gave no attention to their child, leading to a loss of interest and lack of progress (R5).
  • Poor communication through the parent portal, with messages reportedly going unanswered and a perceived lack of care for 'certain kids' (R5).
  • Online pictures are outdated and do not reflect the current, much larger and newer facility (R2).

Price & Value

No specific pricing is mentioned in the reviews. However, the recurring sentiment that the experience is 'worth the drive' (R1) and that other local gyms 'do not compare' (R3) suggests that parents perceive good value for the cost, relative to alternatives.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • No information available regarding typical crowd levels or peak times.

🛡️Safety Features

  • No specific safety measures are explicitly mentioned in the reviews.

When to Avoid

  • Parents who expect completely consistent coaching quality and individualized attention for their child without proactive communication or intervention if issues arise (R5).

This gym was recommended by some friends of family, and we absolutely love it here! The coaches are great, not pushy at all, but still able to get the kids to pay attention and learn. We signed my daughter up for the summer camp and by the end of it, her fascination with gymnastics had become a healthy obsession. She's now in the 201 class and enjoying every minute. We live a half hour away and it's worth the drive. Highly recommend!

The pictures on here are not updated, I believe they are from their old location. Their new location is really big and has lots of equipment. Very nice gym. Adrian (who I believe is the owner and main coach) is super nice! & So are all the other coaches... My daughter is 7 years old and in the 101 beginners class and there are kids much younger in the class as well and the coaches are all super nice and really good with the kids..super patient and do a good job of teaching, keeping the kids focused and at the same time keeping it fun for the little ones. When my daughter had just turned 4 she went to JUMP gymnastics and the gymnastics coach was super serious and constantly scolded the kids for BEING 3-4 years old that had a hard time staying focused.... We ended up leaving really soon after we signed up because they would pass out stickers at the end of the class if you did well. & My daughter loved stickers and everyone got one but her because "she talked too much" and she was just heart broken she cried all the way home and that was just not right. Especially at that age 3-4.... come on!!!... I wish I would have found Austin Gymnastics Club sooner they are great!

One of my daughters best experiences in gymnastics by far! Coach Bryce has been an incredible coach. He is not only encouraging while giving feedback but pushes the students to give their best. Coaches are attentive and make learning fun. We tried other gyms in the area and they do not compare to the level of coaching students receive at ACG.

Have been attending this gym since my daughter was 2 and she is now 9. All the coaches are wonderful. The gym is very inclusive and fosters a very supportive team atmosphere. We love coach Daniel, Juan, Katie and Bryce. We look forward to many more years with our AGC family.

It was great first month, but then come another teacher who didn't pay attention for my kid at all and she stopped to progress and lost any interest in gymnastics. Also they are never respond to messages in parents portal and seems like they don't not care at all about certain kids. Maybe it's a great place, but unfortunately our experience was different.
