"This is one of my favorite parks. Close to where we live and the small lake and surrounding wooded area attracts lots of birds, including the occasional rarity. I visit there at least monthly. The walking path around the lake is flat, paved and easy for anyone to navigate. There’s a well maintained play area, a ball field and multiple picnic tables, including several pavilions."

"Avondale Park a nice area, pet friendly with ducks and a lake with plenty fish, also has a playground for the kids. You can also watch a baseball game on the field if they playing!! And if you need to read a book it's a library there but if you hungry it's restaurants and entertainment right across the street in walking distance."
