I ordered the 19" Classic Cocktail Arcade on a Saturday night. The very next day, even though it was Sunday, Bruce notified me that he received my order. He told me he would send a more detailed email Monday. Monday he sent me a detailed email with instructions on shipping and to confirm my shipping info and order. Once I confirmed everything he sent an email back thanking me and asked if I would like pictures before it was packed. He later texted me Tuesday and he told me when he checked inventory he was out of the 19" screen. Bruce asked if I would like to wait until the 19" came in or if I would like the 22" upgrade. I said sure. I got the upgrade for free because at the time of constructing My cocktail arcade he was out of the 19" screen. Most companies would have made me wait for a 19" screen to come in, but Bruce really cares about the customer being happy. This just Proves he goes the extra mile! I'm sure this is why he offered me a free upgrade, Thanks Bruce!! It was shipped on, I believe, Wednesday and I got it the following Tuesday. The driver of the Freight company called me an hour and a half early from my delivery window and said he was 15 minutes out. AWESOME! I got it, unwrapped it and it looks Magnificent and everything is in excellent working order!! Brue really goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. You can really tell he put a lot of pride in his tabletop Cocktail Arcades. Thanks Bruce, Excellent Job! My wife and I absolutely love the Tabletop Cocktail Arcade!!

I own a few full size original arcade games (Star Wars, Afterburner, Super Off-Road) and always wanted some other favorites from my teenage years. However, filling my basement with large, single purpose cabinets containing 40+ year old, maintenance nightmare, circuit boards didn't seem like the best idea. It was obvious to me that a multicade cocktail table using modern electronics and led display made the most sense. During my research over the last few years, Awesome Arcades rose to the top. Bruce's company excelled in all aspects of this purchase including presale questions and education, order options, 3rd party game board guidance, shipping speed and ease, and after-sale setup questions. I purchased the Ultimate Cocktail Cabinet and couldn't be more pleased. Simply put, what you see on Bruce's website (words, pics, and videos) is what you get. The quality and strength of this commercial level cabinet easily matches or surpasses the real cocktail arcade tables of the 80's. Bruce went into overtime on my order to customize the game the way I wanted and still ship it quickly. I had a tight schedule because I wanted to get it moved into my house before my shoulder surgery the following week. There are a lot of companies on the web selling multicade cocktail cabinets, but it is very hard to know what you're going to get. I wrote this review to tell you what I got and what you will get from Awesome Arcades. Rarely do you find a company like Awesome Arcades where you can text, email, or call the owner before, during, and after the sale and get through to them immediately or at most within a half hour.

I have always wanted to own some version of a classic arcade game. A few years ago, I started to see classic upright games being sold in big box stores, but I quickly became disappointed because you could tell immediately that they were very cheaply made. That started my quest to find a quality arcade cocktail table. Awesome Arcades was one of the companies that showed up early in my online searches, but so did several other companies. I began my research on the Awesome Arcades website though because there are tons of videos that I could watch to answer almost all my questions. I learned about the differences between the game boards, cabinet designs, and the gameplay experience. I did have one specific question regarding a game board, and when I sent an email after work hours, I received a 15-minute video from Bruce two hours later directly addressing my question and giving me other helpful information. For sake of comparison, I did email the other arcade companies asking the questions important to me “Does your machine save high scores?”, “Can you pause and save game progress?”, and “Can you download external games to your machine?”. From all these companies, I simply received a short email stating “Our arcade machines can’t do those things”, which made my decision very easy. I purchased the 26" Ultimate Cocktail Arcade from Awesome Arcades, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The delivery process was explained in detail, and the cabinet was packaged securely and heavily protected. I was able to easily connect my third-party game board to the machine, and I was up and running! Now, if you are not as particular about the build quality or performance of an arcade machine, the following should be the main reason you buy from Bruce at Awesome Arcades: the post-purchase customer service. Over the first days of playing on my machine, I noticed that certain games would have a loud buzzing noise. I contacted Bruce, and while he had never seen that issue, he walked me through some things to try to troubleshoot the problem over the course of a few weeks. We were texting back and forth into the evening, well beyond any expectations I had of the lengths he would go to in order to help me. He ended up sending me a care package of no less than eight components for me to try to swap out on my machine. That fixed the issue, and I am so happy with my entire purchasing experience! I know that other companies would not have spent the amount of time and energy helping me after buying their product like Bruce did. Five stars!

From A to Z top notch! Bruce was fantastic in answering all my questions and then, to get the machine shipped very quickly. It was cleverly packed and up and running in no time. Triple A+ on everything, including communication, clarity, quality, and simply - fun factor of the arcade! It is great to play the old games - back to the 80s! Thank you, Bruce!

WOW what an awesome experience! From the ordering process to delivery I couldn't be more impressed. Bruce is very easy to reach and happy to help at any time with questions throughout the entire process. We had our Awesome Arcade Cocktail Deluxe table delivered to Hawaii and Bruce walked us through the entire process. Within a couple of weeks of ordering the system it was safely delivered to Honolulu and was very well wrapped and packaged for shipping. We are very impressed with the quality and functionality of the product and Bruce is still there to answer any questions we have had since receiving the game system. The customer service is second to none and I feel very confident that in the event of any future problems, Bruce will be there to assist.
