Baja Amusements

Went to this place during the off season, around April, still cold out there in OC. It was around 65-70 degrees and quite windy. Soooooo fun! No wait for the go cart tracks we got an hour wrist band which was just right for our experience. As there were not a lot of others there, we didn’t spend much, if any time in line waiting to get on the carts. If it was busier I would likely consider getting the tickets so you don’t waste money waiting in line you know. There was 4 or so tracks open that day and we spent our time running between them doing the 5 or so minute “race” at each location. There was double carts which made it fun you know a height/age restriction for drivers 12 years old and I believe 54” or 56”. Arcade part was definitely run down, but, we were there to race. I suppose keep that in mind when you go! Also we did do the golfing which at this time was “under construction”, it was only $5 and pretty crappy. Again it was $5, and right there so we did it. There are absolutely better places to golf but the go kart racing was very fun and I would recommend especially in the off season. Giving it a 5 star for this reason cannot complain for what we got out of it.

Every time my family vacations in OC, MD., we visit Baja for a fun few hours. We love the go-carts. There are multiple courses that you can choose from. Young kids are able to go on a couple of the tracks and can even drive their own cart if they are older than 8 and at least 52". Otherwise, there are double seat carts so kids can ride along. There are some arcade games inside and they offer a few refreshments to purchase. Make sure to visit Baja for a fun a day.

April 2025 - We went with a family of four. We tried their double riders for the Family Track & Family Road Racer. Kids under 8 rides for free with an adult ticket. Each ticket is $9. It was fun and so worth it for the price. We also played the mini golf, I am (the mom lol) is not a big fan of mini golf, but it was only $5/pp for 18 courses, so why not!! Also, I have to mention, the staff at the tracks were extremely helpful and friendly. They were all very polite and energetic and wanted to help out whenever you/the kids need.

The hour pass is pointless, get the tickets. The reason is the staff is limited or unavailable. We waited for several rides until the staff came over for a while. If we had to wait longer we would have wasted our pass. One of the cart tracks was down which was disappointing, I don't recommend it for younger kids.

We had an amazing experience at Baja riding go-karts! We purchased an hour wristband and had a blast riding multiple times until our son, who has special needs, needed a break from the heat. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our son's needs. Their understanding and consideration made our visit truly special. We can't wait to come back for more fun! Thank you, Baja!
