Batt Family Fun Center

Let me tell yall a story, have a seat. I walked in with a group of 14 we paid almost 200$ for 4 lanes and said we wanted to play 3 games they told us okay it’s 7$ an additional game to which we said great! We started playing and an older man started forcing his way through and around the group and we were then told we couldn’t play after the game because they needed to oil the lanes in that area…. Okayyy… so then they start oiling lanes while the kids are STILL PLAYING!!!! So we fling balls through to get the games finished and we ask if they can put us in other lanes since we just paid, to which they said yes but it would be 5$ A PERSON with 14 people…? Um no I’m not repaying that just give me what I paid for… then a guy played manager yes I said played manager Douglas. Claimed he was there for the whole talk with Lyla the cashier from our original purpose and heard everything and that’s not what was said. But, that’s funny there was 14 of us and not a one of us saw him. Wild. Anyways. We lost our money and refused to pay to play more. Cons. Essentially. An don’t attempt to have an adult conversation because they talk to people however they please and believe me bail is worth a lot more than some bowling lanes.

We had service great afternoon Date for our anniversary. It is Easter so there were not many people there on the arcade side. We had a great time playing mini golf and playing arcade games.

I love the family environment. They even allow tournaments to be held there. The people thought they were friendly they are not good listeners so you may have to repeat yourself a couple times

Took our niece and her family to play on the arcade side. We had random kids asking all our family members for our cards while we were all in the middle of the games. After we were done with the arcade part, we went bowling. None of the balls fit our hands, nor did they have the weight for any of us. But if it wasn't for one of their staff members, that reassured us that this wasn't normal and actually took time to helped our family look for a lost ring that we lost while bowling and was extremely kind and concerned for us all. This will be the only reason I'll bring our family back to this place. She went beyond and above to make our family feel welcomed and reassuring. I hope I get her name correct, but I believe her name was Amelia. I want to thank her as well as our family from PA, who was visiting at the time. We will return, fingers crossed she'll be there.
