"Great for first time seeing haunted houses! Not scary as I imagined but still worth visiting, good for younger ages too. It is cash only for some food/alcohol vendors . The effects and decorations were really cool and put together. Recommend wearing shoes you don’t mind getting dirty and a sweater since its right by the water. Parking across the street is $10."

"Getting there is easy and it sits on the long island sound. Parking seemed to be available in this beach lot that said the gates closed at dusk...so we were able to find on street parking about 2.5 blocks down. Mind you they never closed the gates for the beach parking. Entry was easy if you prepay you just walk to the haunted attraction they scan the barcode and you enter. The lines were short and and you get to go in with your group. Avoid going on rainy nights everything was so muddy. The staff were nice, but as a person who goes to many haunted attractions yearly, this one only had a few"

"First the lines were too long and they need to work harder on social distancing the parties.. they did however strongly enforce Mask compliance.. ***Buy the speed pass** we bought the speed pass after waiting online for an hour.. looked like it was another hour wait to go. With the speed pass we were inside the first haunted house in 3 minutes. The haunted houses were excellent.. worth every penny i paid.. great experience. My 12 year daughter and her friends were scared, excited and thought it was great.. definitely recommend!!!!!"
