Insider tips

  • Verify any advertised promotions, especially for game pricing, before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
  • Consider visiting during 'the middle of the day' for a quieter, more relaxing movie experience, potentially having the theater to yourselves.
  • Be mindful of potential food quality issues; manage expectations or consider eating elsewhere if concerned.
  • Utilize the rewards program for better value on tickets and food.
  • Take advantage of the arcade, as games are reported to be inexpensive per credit, allowing for longer play sessions.
  • If concerned about crowds, avoid Friday evenings (around 7:10 pm) and Saturday afternoons (around 4:00 pm) due to reported police presence.

Good to know before you go

  • Relying on unconfirmed 'half price game' promotions; always double-check with staff.
  • Expecting consistently high-quality food across all menu items, especially if hygiene is a concern.
  • Friday evenings (around 7:10 pm) and Saturday afternoons (around 4:00 pm) if you prefer a quieter environment or are sensitive to a 'rough crowd' (indicated by police presence).
  • If your primary concern is high-end dining during your entertainment experience.
  • Inconsistent food quality and hygiene issues (e.g., 'extras in our burger we didn't order', 'hair in pizza').
Crowds
Can be busy with a police presence on Friday evenings (around 7:10 pm) and Saturday afternoons (around 4:00 pm).
Value
Ticket and food prices are described as 'typical movie prices'. However, the arcade games are considered 'inexpensive per game', offering good value with 1.5-2 hours of play for kids' credits. A rewards program is available to enhance value. Some customers have felt 'ripped off' when spending around $80, particularly when combined with false advertising or poor food quality.
Food
On-site food and drink available (burgers, pizza, typical movie snacks).
Accessibility
No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in the reviews.
Safety
Visible police presence (officer at the front door) noted on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons, which some reviewers interpret as a security measure but others as an indicator of potential 'rough crowd' issues.

"The customer service team was great. I wouldn't recommend the food for a bunch of reasons but let's just say we found extras in our burger we didn't order. The theater was clean and they had so many amazing updates. They do have a police presence which makes me think it tends to have a rough crowd. I went to a movie on Friday evening 7:10 pm and Saturday at 4:00 pm and an officer was at the front door both times."

"False advertising!!! Took my daughter and her friend kiosk says half price games on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after inquiring they removed the sign and said it was only on Tuesday… I probably would have bought different cards if the sign had not been there and they offered no accommodation there was hair in pizza and I spent $80.00 rip off!!!"

"Went on Christmas day to see "The Color Purple" with my family. Seating was reserved, but some of the seats were empty. We opted to move back a few rows, but overall, it was still comfortable. Upon leaving, we decided to take a family photo and check out the rest of the amenities. Awesome! We will be returning. Update: WE have been back here almost every other weekend. We have so much fun in the arcade and love the relaxing movie experience. Update: Enjoy going in the middle of the day with my family. We have a good time in the theaters all by ourselves. It's quiet and relaxing and"
