"If I could, I would give 0 to this institution. The issue is I had my daughter registered to the BB&N summer camp in Cambridge, MA for the start date Jul 26. Unfortunately, my daughter tested positive for COVID last Friday and I notified the camp via email same day for a refund of $580. However, the camp is not willing to refund my child’s school money even though they didn’t provide the service. As a responsible parent, I reached out to the camp and notified them that she is tested positive and kept her home to avoid the virus transmission to other kids and their stuff but they don’t want t"
