• • Beyond Imagination Luxury Kid’s Spa assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies, or injuries to guests or their damaged property.
• • Staff are not licensed professionals and do not provide services that require chemicals or sharp instruments (e.g., cutting or trimming nails, pushing back cuticles, or using chemicals during 'facial' services).
• • Spa and beauty treatments are for entertainment purposes only.
• • Guests may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes and/or property.
• • Barbicide Covid19 certified.
• • NO additional guests other than those being serviced and 1 adult (or 2 adults for groups of 4+) are permitted to maintain social distancing.
• • Everyone must arrive with a mask and keep it on at all times, unless a service prevents its use.
• • If anyone is feeling ill (sore throat, fever, cough, flu-like symptoms, common cold, or allergies with cold-like symptoms), they must not come in.
• • The business reserves the right to screen all guests prior to entering the spa (e.g., taking temperatures).
• • If symptoms are recognized upon entry, the business reserves the right to ask guests to leave, ending the reservation without refund.
• • All guests are asked to wash or sanitize their hands frequently.
• • Facility is sanitized prior, during, and after each reservation.

📅Booking Policy

• • Online booking is available for 1-3 guests only.
• • For 4 or more guests (parties), reservations require calling, texting, or emailing a representative.
• • All visits require an appointment in advance.
• • Same-day appointments require phone confirmation to ensure availability.
• • A contract will be emailed and must be signed upon appointment confirmation.
• • Parties (groups of 4-6 guests) are recommended to book at least 2 weeks or more prior to the desired date, but can be made at least a day in advance (or same day if availability permits).
• • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation, which goes toward the total balance.
• • Remaining balances are due 3 days prior to the reservation.
• • A $25.00 late fee is applied if the balance is not paid within 3 days, and may risk rescheduling if exceeding 2 days.
• • Minimum 1 guest, maximum 6 guests per reservation (including the guest of honor).
• • Additional guests can be added to a package no later than 3 days prior to the reservation.
• • RSVP confirmation is conducted 3 days prior to the reservation to confirm date, time, number of guests, and discuss remaining balances.
• • Mini Spa Package is limited to 2-3 guests ONLY.
• • E-Gift Card appointments must be booked within 60 days of purchase, though the actual appointment date can be scheduled beyond this window.
• • E-Gift cards must cover the entire cost of the eligible service, including tax; partial payments using a gift card are not accepted.
• • When purchasing E-Gift Cards, do not choose 'custom amount' as specific package amounts are already provided.
• • Multiple E-Gift Certificates can be purchased at a time.
