Big Air Trampoline Park

We had an amazing time at Big Air Trampoline Park! We were invited to celebrate a birthday party, and it was such a fun experience for the kids (and the parents too!). My 7-year-old was so proud to conquer the obstacle course all by himself, and Manager Josh made the moment even more special by cheering him on and giving him a coupon for a free Icee! Our party host, Payton, was fantastic—super friendly and great with the kids, making sure everyone had a blast (give that girl a raise!). And to top it off, Josh surprised us by bringing out the BIGGEST cotton candy ball I have ever seen—it was a total hit with everyone at the party! We’re already planning to book our next party here and can’t wait to come back for more fun. Highly recommend Big Air for anyone looking for an exciting, family-friendly celebration spot!

Place was awesome and clean and a great place to have a birthday party. Thanks to Josh for his hospitality. Caleb was absolutely the best. Helped us the whole night making the birthday party painless with ten eleven year old kids.

I was very impressed with the operation here and the space is incredible. We celebrated our sons 5th birthday here and the staff were very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. The party area was spotless and clean at the time designated for us and our host, Haley, was amazing. She made sure had everything we needed, apologized for a delay with one of the pizzas, and overall made us feel very comfortable and happy enjoying the celebration. Highly recommend this location after using other trampoline park businesses in the past.

Wonderful place to let your kids run around and lots of energy out. The staff is friendly and helpful.. my daughter and niece got nervous doing the ropes course but a staff member (Payton) was so kind and patient to help encourage them to continue. We will be back!

Super chill. Not too crowded during the week. Destiny C was attentive. She explained everything to me (it was our first time) and we found the best price. Over all a pleasant experience.
