"I went on a Saturday afternoon. This place was a huge mad house. My boys had a blast I did as well. The staff (shout out to them) for their patience & expectional customer service. The best part is THEY HAVE A BAR!!! 🥹 As my boys ran rampant through the facility, I enjoyed a lovely glass of wine. In the end, we all had a wonderful time. We will be back again."

"Big Air is incredibly remarkable. I cannot thank Angel & Richard, the two who made last evening happen, enough. To rent out the ENTIRE facility for our football teams draft party at such a reasonable price and to help set everything up the way we envisioned it was perfect. We can't wait to come back and make this a tradition of ours. The service was amazing, the food was superb, the detail orientation was spot on. "We have been to Big Air several times and the kids had a blast. I love how attentive the workers are to each station they are assigned to. (Been to other jump places that did very little supervising) Today was our first time having a party there and it was spectacular! The events team communication was thorough and ensured we had everything set up before the party. During the party, Darnell was our party host and he rocked! So nice, very helpful and quick to serve the food. But he wasn't pushy like "hey hurry up and eat so you can get out of the party space" Definitely recommend doing a party"
