Dog loves it, it's a nice hidden gem. Great for walking or lounging in or around the water. The view in the summer is stunning.

We camped for 2 days on peddocks island, the only thing that is keeping me from giving it a 5 is the bathroom at the top of the hill, in the camping area, has serious ventilation issues, the ammonia build up in the bathroom will burn right through you. We also had an issue with the locks on one of the yurts, long story short we had two small children locked inside a yurt. The staff had known about the faulty lock previously but nothing was done to repair it until it completely failed. The young staff did not have the collaborative problem solving skills needed to work with the other adults around to solve the problem which led to a lot of unnecessary distress for everyone involved, including the trapped children. All that aside, everyone is fine and we have a story that will be told for years to come I'm sure. The yurts were GREAT! This was our first time in the yurts and it was so great, it was peak fly season and it was nice to have a place to retreat to. There is a fresh water bottle filling station as well so you don't need to haul gallons of water with you if you go.
