8 months agoJust finished our birthday party for my 5 year old. Everything was so well put together and ran so smoothly. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hassle free, exciting and fun party for their little one! Caleb was our party pro helper. Such a respectful, kind, young man. I appreciated him so much. Make sure you tip the party pro helper well! You don’t have to do anything but enjoy the fun and laughter with the kids and your family. All of my guests said it was so much fun. Thank you, we will return again! Also, the owner (sorry I don’t remember your name!) called me back promptly bc we had a bit of a situation with scheduling this party over Tropical storm Debby and most of my guests weren’t able to attend, she was so kind and easily rescheduled for the following day and it was so much appreciated. Just wanted her to know that. God Bless you, your family and the entire sweetheart staff there. ❤️

a month agoEarlier this month I booked a party for my 3-year-old turning 4. I liked the idea of the space because, it would allow the opportunity for a large group to have privacy, for what I believed would be an affordable price ($350-500, is affordable for 10 kids to participate, receive food, party favors, and staff to take care of everything even cleaning) After paying a deposit, I went online and started adding items to the package, although two would be a part of the package I chose, online showed it would be a charge, no biggie I felt it could be fixed later. The pizza is provided through Hungry Howies, not an issue, but to be charged $25 for an additional pizza that is normally priced at $15 is outrageous, and they have to deliver the other complimentary pizzas so it does not take them out the way. I saw in the FAQ's that they give parties for children up to age 12, so I figured children older than that wouldn't be considered in the party count, so to be certain of the conflicts I had I attempted to reach out to the venue. I called numerous times and didn't get an answer, I was later informed staff is only there when parties are booked. I finally made contact with the manager on duty on 3/25 a little after 4:30 pm, who was friendly, and she advised anyone under 18 is considered a child and would go against the child count, this would change my party size to well over 10 (adults are free) closer to 20 which was out of my budget, so I asked to cancel, and it was explained that I wouldn't get a refund of my deposit. I explained that I'd called numerous times to ask questions, and no one answered the phone. The manager contacted the owner who advised, that if the older children didn't jump they wouldn't be charged, and I feel that is an insane request. Adults are welcome to participate in activities and won't be charged why would teens, I explained they didn't need party favors and I wasn't concerned about having enough food for them to eat, they just wanted to have the capability of enjoying their baby sister/cousin. I then canceled and was told I wouldn't get a refund. I went with this place against the negative feedback I'd heard from friends and family and now with this experience I understand why. She has older siblings and cousins who are in their late teens, it's impossible for them to not want to play with their baby sister/cousin that they haven't seen in a while, why would I need to pay a fee for them to use the equipment? This experience is very disappointing, and I now see why some people, don't recommend having parties here.

8 months agoIf i could give 100 stars i would !!! We had our baby boy 1st birthday here and i have not one complaint! My party host was MICAH and he was EVERYTHING! The staff took care of decorating and clean up ! I love that there’s multiple rooms ,the kids were excited every time we moved haha ! The big kids who were talking junk as if they would be bored had the time of their life . My oldest is 12 and said “i would have a party here too it was fun “ we will definitely be back :)

7 months agoExcellent party venue with the most professional and accommodating staff: Nadia, Karen and Devin were amazing. Every time I reached out for help over the phone Karen and Nadia were friendly, patient, and professional. The help Devin offered throughout the party relieved any anxiety or stress I had about hosting a party for 20 kids. I got to enjoy the party since Devin took so much initiative as my Party Pro. The Cosmic Glow, bubbles, and balloon drop was a huge hit. Absolutely worth it. My daughter is already asking for another party at Bounce U for next year. You will not feel rushed with the 2 hours you’re given. Thank you for making my daughter’s day amazing! Your team is the best.
