"Had a pretty disappointing experience with one of the employees here yesterday. My boyfriend and I came in for a casual date night, and despite the alley being mostly empty, we were given a lane that was already occupied by a large family with kids. Since we were planning to drink and didn’t want to intrude, I politely asked if we could be moved to another lane. The employee—a larger, older, grumpy gentleman—rolled his eyes and snapped, “We’re always crowded,” even though that wasn’t the case.
