5 months agoJust had my son’s 12th birthday there. The boys all had so much fun! We ordered the birthday package and the food was actually very good and they keep refilling the food tray! Although it seemed very busy but Ivy our server (and all other servers I asked) did a great job to satisfy all our needs.

5 months agoTerribly oiled lanes, WAY too overpriced if you're coming with more than 2 people. It's $12.99/PERSON/LANE. If you play 3 games with 3 people it's 12.99 * 9 = $117. There are other alleys I've been to in the city that are $30/lane, ANY amount of people. Also, the lane was one of the most uneven I've played on. The left side was devoid of oil and the right half was covered, making curving extremely inconsistent. Not coming back.

4 months agoi come here often, the girl helps me get the lane, she serves very well. the space is nice and spacious, everything is good, they often have promotions, and just 1 thing i wish they could change the music to be more exciting like EDM. because like i said i come many times and the songs are the same but it's not exciting enough. anyway i love this place.

2 weeks agoHad our twins' birthday party here. The food was very slow to arrive and the staff was very slow to refill the kids' food. We had to ask several times to get pizza and fries that we paid for as part of the birthday party package. Wasn't fun to answer 20 kids who kept coming around asking for pizza and fries.

2 months agoI recently visited Bowlero on Thornwood Dr. with my partner, our kids, and our niece on a busy Saturday night. While some aspects of our experience were positive, the waiter service was extremely disappointing, especially considering how much we paid. The evening started off well—the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and even gave us a game card with 10 credits for the kids to play while we waited for a lane, which was a nice gesture. We only waited about 10 minutes before starting our three-game session. Our server greeted us at the beginning and said he would be taking care of us for the night. I requested waters to start, and we placed an order for a hot honey pizza, fries, and sodas. I initially tried to open a tab, but my physical card had issues. Since they don’t have mobile payment options at the tables, I had to go to the server station to close out my tab using Apple Pay, at which point I pre-paid an 18% tip. Once our food and drinks arrived, we never saw our server again. We had to flag down another waitress to order chicken strips and fries, but the order was delivered to the wrong lane. By the time we received it, the food was cold. We couldn’t find the waitress again, so my partner went to the bar, where we discovered that the bartender was actually the manager covering for the night. He assured us the kitchen would remake the order, but we waited 30 minutes after we finished our game, and the food never arrived. Frustrated, we went to the front cashier to request a refund. The cashier called over the manager, who admitted that he had forgotten to put our lane number on the order, which is why our food was never delivered. While he apologized and issued a refund, the overall experience was disappointing. The food itself was decent, but for the price, I would have been better off getting pizza from round table next door. On top of that, we never received refills for our drinks, and our dirty plates sat on our table until we were nearly finished with our third game. For the price we paid, the lack of service was unacceptable. While the front desk staff was great and the games were fun, the poor service from our waiter and the mishandling of our food order put a damper on the night.
