"Never enough staff and this is why.... As an employee, management is terrible, there is no training, the GM has a bad attitude and terrible listening skills. 2 of the bartenders are related and the daughter of the oldest is territorial and messy. Extremely high turnover rate. I came in making good sales, nice tips, the customers are nice but the work environment is not. As a customer, I wouldn't recommend either. You will be waiting for a while just to get soggy nachos. Depending on the day you decide to bowl. As I stated, not enough staff, so servers are limited. So many orders coming in, I "
