This is a Boy Scouts of America run facility. Safe and secure, a great summer camp full of activities on and off shore. Being offshore, this campground supports multiple nautical merit badges. Including fun patches such as Dragon Boating. Troops from across the country come here. Semi roughing it, the grounds are well kept with 3 catered square meals a day fit for a king. Love the confetti cake. Keep up the good work CFI staff.

Our Troop went during the 4th of July. I came as an adult leader and still had as much fun as the scouts. As an adult, there are classes that they offer during the day when the scouts are busy. This gives anybody the opportunity to learn or try something new. For example, I took CPR/First Aid classes and was able to go small boat sailing for the first time. The weather was amazing and the waves aren't very high in the water, which makes it perfect to kayak or swim in. My scouts also enjoyed the staff and general atmosphere of the island. The staff was also very Attentive and helpful. The events during the week helped our troop bond and get excited, which was awesome to see. I can't wait to come back next summer with our scouts and have more adventures!!!
