Bubala Indoor Playground

I shared all of this including pictures in an email to the owner. But I wanted to be sure I share the experience here as well. I threw a party for my 4 yo son today at Bubala in Reisterstown. The party room itself was extremely run down. The paint is peeling and the furniture is torn apart - I’ve attached photos. I understand this is a children’s play center but as someone who paid over $20 per child attending this party; my expectation was that the party room would look presentable and I wouldn’t need to figure out how to hide the things which were falling apart. The chairs in the party room are a hazard for small children. We had at least 5 kids fall down while sitting and the chairs collapse in on them. The bottoms are plastic instead of rubber; this combined with the vinyl flooring made them a liability and very easy for kids to hurt themselves. Lastly, the person working today…I was told I’d have a host to help me decorate. Thank goodness I had my parents meet me because I received no help. The person working was lackluster, at best. They didn’t inform me when the pizzas arrived. Multiple guests shared how unpleasant the person working was at check in. The most conversation I got was when they told me we needed to leave in 10 mins for another party coming in and when they were ready to take my payment. The saving grace was that my son and the kids had fun in the play space. I wouldn't recommend paying for a party here unless the above it ratified.

We had my daughter's second birthday party here and it was such a wonderful time. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place was clean. The playground is on the smaller side which actually makes it perfect for 2 and 3 year olds. The party room is a lovely blank canvas for decorating with plenty of space. The pizza was decent and came in hot right before lunchtime. They let you bring in cold food, deserts and drinks and they were so easy going. You have the party room 30min in advance to set up and then access to it for the entire 2hrs party. A great deal and a really lovely party space for the little ones.

The place is beyond my expectations. Perfect inside toddler playground for a child's birthday party. Everything was clean and disinfected (before arriving and leaving). The setup in the party room was perfect. We had the entire place to ourselves. Great children's music (Gracie's Corner) was played throughout the place. My daughter loves gracies corner. The staff was amazing and helped with everything from carrying in items for the planned party, decorating the party room, helping assist with scheduled activities-pizza, cake cutting, etc. The staff also ensured everyone was having a great time and helping whenever anyone needed anything (very attentive). I see why they are number 1 with toddler party's. My daughter loved having her 3rd birthday party here. My guest stated how this place was the best place they have been to for a toddler's party-parking was easy, spacious, and very kid friendly. Definitely plan on visiting this location again in the future.

Had our daughter's 2nd birthday here last weekend - WONDERFUL! Perfect size for 10 kids and parents, all the equipment was the right age level for them to do on their own. The party room was adorable with the little chairs! They provide linens, plates, napkins and a pizza which worked out great, we just decorated. The place smelled clean and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

The kiddos had so much fun. Great place for 2- 7 year old to run & play. The staff was not very friendly or engaging. They were on their phones the whole time, not engaging at all for any reason not really helpful with anything. We were going to have a party but decided not too. They have snacks on deck if you want to make a purchase (water,chips, candy,etc). I would still recommend for a place for kids to play.
