💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Parents considering enrollment for toddlers should be prepared for a highly structured environment with strict behavioral expectations.
- →If your child's goal is serious gymnastic skill development or competitive training, Buckeye Gymnastics is strongly recommended.
- →Be prepared for a potentially higher tuition cost, which many parents find justified by the quality of facilities and coaching.
- →If your child is seeking a very casual, low-pressure introduction to gymnastics without a strong emphasis on immediate skill progression, especially for toddlers, manage your expectations or explore alternatives.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Parents of toddlers report 'zero tolerance' for typical toddler misbehavior, leading to feelings of being 'targeted' or 'gaslit' for minor issues.
- ⚠The approach for toddlers is perceived as overly strict and competitive, akin to training for the Olympics, rather than inspiring casual interest.
- ⚠Classes may be perceived as 'a little more expensive than other gyms'.
Price & Value
Reported to be 'a little more expensive than other gyms'. However, multiple reviews emphasize that the 'facility alone shows that the cost is worth it' and that the overall quality of coaching and environment justifies the higher price, leading many to switch from other gyms to Buckeye despite the cost.

a year agoExpect zero tolerance for having a little moment for a toddler. Took my toddler there for 3 sessions, felt being gaslit on and repeatedly being targeted as a bad apple for some misbehavior by their standards. Geez, you would think they are training these little munchkins for Olympics tomorrow. Unnecessary and inappropriate since they should really focus in inspiring an interest and burying a seed in these young minds. Terrible experience. But on the flip side, if you have your kids path set on gymnastic, they might be a good choice.

a year agoMy girls are enrolled here and absolutely love it! I can tell that the coaches care about these students succeeding and thriving in their gymnastic skills. They are so attentive, patient, and helpful with their students. I have tried another gymnastics class for my youngest, and ended up dropping it because comparitively, Buckeye just won hands down. I can see how their environment fosters the growth of champions for sure!

3 years agoWe’ve been going to Buckeye for years and love it. The staff is one of a kind and you can tell they care about the students. It may be a little more expensive than other gyms, but the facility alone shows that the cost is worth it. We tried another gym closer to us and only went there for 2 classes before knowing that we needed Buckeye back.
