a month ago1st want to say thank you to Haliegh, Jason and Brian for all there help! I've been struggling to get my female Isa Brown's and I finally got them all thanks to them. Communication is key for me and they were so well with that. The experience of their customer service skills and the price for the chicks... I'm definitely coming back and telling everyone to come to Cal Ranch. It's a far drive but totally worth it!

a month agoUpdate: (4/2025) Couldn't find an employee on the floor to ask questions about a product. No one available at gun counter. Very few customers in the store. ------------------------------------------------------------ It's the place for us to buy dog food, dog treats, bird food, gifts, and pellets. The store is usually very quiet. Store needs some music, doesn't need to be new hits just maybe some Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, or Something! There is easy parking in the giant empty lot. While shopping In store I'm never approached by employees asking me if I need anything. That's really normal behavior for staff everywhere nowadays. Fair prices for a brick and mortar store. I am really thankful to get help hauling heavy stuff to the car. Good variety of items.

a month agoThis store is great. It’s consistently clean and has a great selection. Anna works there and is amazingly helpful. I had a chick issue and she handled it professionally and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I will recommend this store to everyone I know

2 years agoThis is a new store in the area. It's more like a tractor supply than a sportsman's warehouse type store. This place is a very large store but lots of empty shelf space filled in with buckets or crates. They probably are waiting for more items but wanted to rush the grand opening. Today wasn't too bad. The store is laid out pretty well. Clothing is right when you walk in, gunn counter is in the back and way to the right is animals starting with dogs. The only complaint is checkout. There is just one big customer service like counter in the middle of the front area with 3 registers on each side there is no official area to line up for registers. I would like to see more signage or corralling with line barricades to keep things more streamlined if they are going to continue with the one big counter type check out. Or divide some into some dedicated check out lanes. Over all, a pleasant first time there, The workers were nice, the store was clean and organized for how busy they were. Will be back after a month or so to let the rest of their stock come in

6 months agoFirst of all I'd like to say Stewart was super nice, and very helpful. He went and found my dog food for me even though they said there was only one bag in the store! Stuart receives five stars 🤩 The store itself seemed understaffed. I only shopped in the dog section. I was looking for my dog food and a new collar for one of my dogs but they did not have a good selection for dog collars. I got my dog food at a fraction of the cost that is a big plus! Next time I will make sure they have it in stock before I come down here and before my dogs run out. Or I will order online and pick up in store. The location is very convenient with a huge parking lot.
