"1st want to say thank you to Haliegh, Jason and Brian for all there help! I've been struggling to get my female Isa Brown's and I finally got them all thanks to them. Communication is key for me and they were so well with that. The experience of their customer service skills and the price for the chicks... I'm definitely coming back and telling everyone to come to Cal Ranch. It's a far drive but totally worth it!"

"Update: (4/2025) Couldn't find an employee on the floor to ask questions about a product. No one available at gun counter. Very few customers in the store. ------------------------------------------------------------ It's the place for us to buy dog food, dog treats, bird food, gifts, and pellets. The store is usually very quiet. Store needs some music, doesn't need to be new hits just maybe some Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, or Something! There is easy parking in the giant empty lot. While shopping In store I'm never approached by employees asking me if I need anything. That's really normal "

"This store is great. It’s consistently clean and has a great selection. Anna works there and is amazingly helpful. I had a chick issue and she handled it professionally and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I will recommend this store to everyone I know"
