2 months agoBeautiful medium sized park, nice sized/layout parking, shade, picnic tables, playground, dog park with two fenced areas... big enough for the doggies to get a good stretch ☀️ I'm not sure if there are any restroom facilities. I was here to complete a marketplace transaction. I didn't get out and walk around, however I could see that the park was nicely laid out and has a spacious feeling with the way the park was planned. I stayed awhile in the parking lot writing and soaking up the sunshine with the sounds of happy children and pups as my background music.☀️ Thank you Rio Rancho, this humble traveler enjoyed Cabezon Park! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10 months agoI had a friend's Animal because she had to go fill in a responsibility at jail. I took her dog to this park early in the AM on one . They had Ballons and That was a spectacular experience. Every day oh yea he is a great dog while I clean a little in my private transport vessel.

2 years agoBeautiful park, wonderful family activities! Here are some pics from movie night, featuring The Goonies. They had food trucks, dessert stands, and more. The park was clean and well kept. There is lots of parking, which is great for larger gatherings. There's also a volleyball net, a children's playground, and a covered space with tables. This is a great space to come spend time with friends and family 🙂

a year agoPlayground available as well as some tables and grills towards the west end. The dog park towards the north doesn't have a lot of shade. Some tables to sit, lots of open grass area and a field to the south for anyone to use. If you're lucky it'll be empty and you can let your dogs loose. This park is heavily used during the school year.
