"My oldest has been going for 5 years, since she was 4, and is now on the team. My youngest is 4 and just started classes, though she has done camp for the last 2 summers. The coaches are wonderful, the facility clean and safe, and the front desk staff is happy and competent. We even did our last birthday party there. It is an exceptional gym."

"They do not offer make up classes even when you let them know 3 weeks in advance that you can't make a class. they also require 4 whole weeks notice to leave a class, so they will charge you even if you can't make it, and they will not allow you to reschedule the fully paid classes after you are back. I wouldn't recommend them at all. You can easily find much better customer service in the bay area, so need to waste your money here."
