"This is the best part of the zoo! The gondola ride up is amazing, and the animals are really cool in their habitats. And don't forget to check out the Bay overlook for great views of the bay area!"

"This was my favorite part of our zoo trip! We got to see 3 huge brown bears playing right in front of the glass, which was a highlight. The downsize is getting up and down. We had about a 30 minute wait before and after, which isn't ideal."
