3 years agoMy child attended Camp Harbor View for a few years & absolutely loved it. They also took amazing care of the families throughout the pandemic. However, I am VERY disappointed that they are mandating the children be vaccinated against Covid to participate in activities now. Not even sure that it is constitutional. These are kids taking an experimental vaccine...not adults taking it to keep their job (still blasphemy in my opinion.) Sorry but administrators should be ashamed. It's fine to highly recommend the vaccine but not okay to mandate it for CHILDREN! My child is disappointed to not be able to attend anymore.

5 years agoSimply THE BEST! The work Camp Harborview does with children and their families is AMAZING! My child has been attending for YEARS! He considers everyone there family. Its not just a camp! CHV really does care. They are open all year round. Sure, during the summer its a summer camp. But, during fall/winter time they are open to children and their families. They have events for all of us. My child has come such a long way! To be honest, it has definitely been because of CVH. None of his school's staff, doctors or anyone else has been as supportive as Camp Harborview. I would give them 100+ stars if I could!!!

3 years agoCamp Harbor View provides a unique leadership program for Boston’s youth. My son started as a camper and is currently a leader in training. He loves saying “I’m going to work,” and recently proudly expressed “Hey Mom, I work for Jack Connor.” He has made meaningful connections and I absolutely love what he is attaining with CHV Leadership Academy. Thank you to the CHV team for all you do! Cheryl W.

8 years agoI was a camper there from age 11-14 and I've always loved my relationship with the staff. I've now worked there all three years as a leader in training and there's no other way I'd rather spend my summer!

7 years agoGreat place for kids. Teaches them everything for leadership to cooking. They also have parent night at least 3 times a month.
