Camp Maritime

I couldn’t have asked for a better summer camp experience for my 6-year-old daughter! She absolutely loved every moment at this water sports camp. The way Camp Maritime seamlessly combined fun with learning was amazing—my daughter came home every day not only talking about the fun she had but also sharing all the fascinating things she learned about the ocean. The hands-on experience with windsurfing, fishing, and kiting was beyond what we expected for her age. Already after one day of windsurfing she was confident to stand on the surfing board and surf short distances. Jeff, Humid and other instructors made sure that she was safe in water at all times. She also loved kiting, she was fascinated to learn the physics of wind taught to her in a simple to understand way for her age. She taught me things that I didn’t know :) Camp also had transportation which was amazing for me as a working parent. This was a huge plus. Thank you Camp Maritime team for offering this service! The camp director Elliot is very responsive and professional. He makes sure all parents are in the loop if there are weather changes or other updates. I really appreciated the communication with the staff and the director. Camp Maritime gave my daughter memories, skills, and a love for the ocean that will last a lifetime. I can’t thank the team enough and highly recommend it to any parents looking for an unforgettable summer experience for their kids!

My son has always been hesitant about attending any camp, but this experience has completely changed his perspective. The counselors Jeffrey, Nick, and Hamid were absolutely wonderful. They, along with the rest of the team, made him feel welcome, engaged, and excited every day. Their dedication and enthusiasm truly made a difference, and I couldn't be happier with the positive impact this camp has had on my son. Highly recommend!

Our girls (5 and 8) had an unreal experience at Camp Maritime. They pushed their limits in healthy ways and came home sun soaked and excited to tell us about their adventures on the water. Hamid especially was both an amazing caretaker and guide, and so kind and accommodating of our transportation needs. There is no other camp like this, and we feel so lucky to have found it!

As a 13 year old I loved this camp ! The 1st week I was a bit nervous about going to this camp. But after a day I immediately started to like the instructors and the kids there. Only problem was that I was getting picked late to this camp. But onec the inductor ( in this case Jeff ) they immediately got to work on the problem. Out of all the "good" camps that I've been to this has got to be the best. A bit expensive but is worth the price. 10/10

My 8 year old did a week at Camp Maritime this past summer and I would have signed him up for more had I known how much he would love it. He loved trying all different water sports and trying the slides and getting picked up on a jet ski when he had to come late one day. The counselors were fantastic - kind, incredibly responsive. I’ve been recommending Camp Maritime from the moment we got to know them.
