"We absolutely love Camp Vaminos! My daughter goes to aftercare here during the school year and she always begs to stay “just a little longer!” Megan is great with the kids and takes them on adventures around Austin (using public transportation many times, which my daughter thinks is “so cool”). "Both of our kids have gone to Camp Vamanos for years and have loved it. As a parent, I appreciate Megan’s philosophy of providing space for kids to play and explore the old fashioned way. It’s rare to find a camp or after school program out there that truly values free play. Most programs are overly structured and don’t let kids just be kids. Kids learn and grow best being able to freely explore in nature with other kids of all ages. It stimulates their natural curiosity and builds communication and leadership skills. My kids have also made solid friendships through camp and that was an unexp"
