"I've had a good time here. But, I will not be going back. The main pool needs a better filtration system or a better treatment routine. The water becomes disgusting shortly after the season starts. Whereas the water in the diving pool, slide pool seems to be very clean."

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Carmel Clay Parks’ indoor pool. From the moment my significant other and I arrived, we were met with stares and judgment from the entirely white staff, as if they were shocked or confused by our presence. Their demeanor made it clear that we didn’t fit in and/or weren’t welcome, and it was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. No public facility should make people feel like outsiders because of their background. Especially with everything going on in this country at this. It’s very sad that diversity and inclusivity aren’t a priority here."

"It used to be better, a lot better. I will cite a few issues. I used to love going here during the summer, it was great. Then one day I got the rudest, most angry letter in the mail saying that I owed them money. Apparently the Visa I used for the monthly fee got declined because they had just sent me a new card. Instead of calling me up on the phone and pointing this out to me, which would have taken 5 minutes, instead they sent me the rudest, most reprehensible letter 5 days later that pretty much outright called me a deadbeat. It was appallingly rude and condescending. I called the w"
