Carolina Raptor Center

I love going here. It is a beautiful walk and I always learn so much. I adore walking the trail and seeing all the ambassadors. The raptor center has helped foster my passion for animals. It's perfect for a day out with your family or friends. It's very worth it to go to the keeper talks and get to know one of the birds more personally and see them with their training in action.

Loved this ! Amazing folks who know their birds and will walk the extra mile to make sure every visitor is happy. The whole area is small but has whatever it takes to attract families.

Excellent Raptor Center, outdoor nature and hiking trails, plus horseback riding trails, gift shops, Fly-By exhibition and education on birds and their habitats. Definitely support this nature center and it's fun for the entire family.

Absolutely fabulous. Great learning experience for all ages. If your girl says she loves animals, bring her here. Dozens of beautiful birds. I can't recommend this place enough!

Incredible Owl-O-ween event today! All of the raptor birds look and behave like they are cared for and so much information shared related to their biological details. Highly recommend experiencing one of their "fly by" demos. They were informative and honestly super cool to see the birds fly overhead. Total respect for this organization and have known of rescue and releases they have done in the past. Highly recommend for kids of all ages 1-100. 🙂
