"Cedar Lake Point Beach ⛱️ Minneapolis is a nice beach to relax and enjoy in summertime. Parking is first come, first serve. It's a bit of a walk to get to the beach after you find a place to park. It feels like you are far from the city once you reach your destination. Beautiful place to visit. Light rail 🚈 is currently being constructed there. -Troy Stewart Timmers Family"

"I think people are at this beach because they can’t figure out how to park at Hidden Beach across the lake. You can even spot people swimming all the way over there from this beach, (they’re the ones being chased by buoys). Nice, sandy beach that drops off pretty quickly but parking is a ways off. Shaded in the afternoons. It’s on the west side of Cedar so the late afternoon is the best time to go."
