a month agoBeen here multiple times and always have a great time. Just watch out for crowds this place can get busy but its Cedar Point of course its crowded its ohio's best tourist attraction. If you are spending 2 nights or more and are willing to spend the money you got to stay at the Hotel Breakers its a really nice hotel and gets you into the park 1 hour earlier for a couple coasters that open early for hotel guests.

a month agoMy daughter and I are coaster enthusiasts and she wanted to go here for a birthday trip. I had been several years before and loved it. This time we got to go during their Halloween event and WOW! Shows and haunted walkthroughs were absolutely amazing, they updated some coasters, and had a good food selection. We ended up buying season passes, stayed an extra day and...even better...the passes are now good at King's Dominion AND Six Flags theme parks as of 2025, which are a lot closer us. We have another trip planned in 2025. Best coasters we've been on and best season pass value!

2 months agoI’ve been coming here since I was a kid and love it. Prices have definitely increased a lot. Definitely try to come during slow season so you aren’t waiting in lines for hours on end in the sun. Also recommend bringing a cooler of your own food to save on money.

3 months agoThis place has a lot of rides and it is mainly geared towards thrill seekers. But there are 3 large family areas. But the live entertainment at Cedar Point is fantastic for families as well. They offer a wide variety from large spectacles to smaller scale shows. The coaster lineup here is impressive. But the flat ride collection here is also very large. Hotel breakers is on property and is very nice it is worth the price. Since cedar point does not pro ide transport from there other hotel locations stay at breakers to avoid the drive in every morning which can be chaotic. The parking lot at Cedar point is massive and rarely fills up.

6 months agoCedar Point is often hailed as the "holy land" of amusement parks, and after our visit, it's easy to see why. With the most roller coasters of any park, thrill-seekers are in for a treat, and the park’s location along Lake Erie adds a stunning backdrop to the adrenaline-pumping rides. The views are spectacular, and it's hard to beat the mix of coaster excitement with lake scenery. We visited over Labor Day weekend, and arriving Friday afternoon was a smart move—it wasn't too crowded, so we got to enjoy several rides without long waits. However, the rest of the weekend was packed, and we only managed to get on a few more rides. If you're planning a trip during a busy weekend, I highly recommend getting there early in the weekend to take advantage of lighter crowds. The roller coasters themselves are fantastic, but we were pretty disappointed that their newest coaster, which we were looking forward to, wasn’t open yet. After driving seven hours, we were hoping to experience it, so that was a bit of a letdown. Food-wise, Cedar Point offers a good variety. While it’s solid overall, I’d rank it behind Universal, Disney, and Kings Dominion when it comes to theme park dining. Still, you won’t go hungry here, and there are some tasty options. The staff was always friendly, and the park was consistently clean, adding to the experience. One regret from our trip is not taking advantage of the exit that leads to the beach on Lake Erie. It looked like a fun way to take a break from the rides, and I’ll definitely try to fit that in on our next visit. Overall, Cedar Point lives up to its reputation with world-class coasters, great views, and a fun atmosphere. Just make sure to plan around the crowds if you're going on a holiday weekend!
