Chicago River Canoe and Kayak

The girls who worked the day I was there were very helpful. I am a bit bigger, so I called ahead to see how much weight the canoe could hold, and WITHOUT judgment or being snarky, they answered honestly. They got us all set up and even gave my 4 yo a paddle so he could help us "paddle." Great experience and plan on going again soon.

Ryan, Thanks to you and your amazing services. I arrived with my family to enjoy a wonderful Columbus day. He welcomed us with a smile and worked with my little one to fit him in a life jacket his size to safely accompany us in a Kayak. Loved this location for it's safety . No boats worry. Very family friendly and involves more adventurous routes if you choose so.

Great place and friendly staff at the rental place. Been here before and was charged regular rate per hours around $25-30/hrs. We're back again this year 2024. Rent a canoe for around 30mins and was charged $90 for 1 hour. Not sure if this is new rate for Saturday or they charge per person? It was me, my wife, 5yrs daughter and 4yrs son.

Great friendly people. Well run rental with reasonable prices. We had fun exploring the lagoons and saw some great wildlife.
