a month agoI enjoyed my visit at the museum. We went for a 3yo birthday party and had a good time. We were there at noon which appeared to be a peak time but the museum was spacious enough that it didn't feel over crowded. The party room was an okay size but it did however feel crowded. The museum had some unique exhibits. I loved the large operation table and baby incubator. It created great learning opportunities for my toddler. He loved milking the cow and being a fireman. The areas are thoughtfully arranged and everything was organized despite the chaos. I didn't like that the upstairs door didn't have a latch to stop the kids from opening it to go downstairs. They also need a larger coat area or additional cubbies. I was lucky to find parking out front but once I entered I saw a sign that said there's a parking garage. I would recommend it because my toddler had a ball and didn't want to leave.

2 weeks agoHello mommies and dads. 100% satisfied… I would really say i recommend for ages infants-7year olds…. Age do matter because if you have 8year olds+ they would be less interest…also I went on a Wednesday 10am-1:30pm perfect time.. the museum was not packed, but around 1pm, more families started arriving….. They have a membership I’m not sure how much is the membership. It was my first time there; so I paid 15$ for 3 of us… I had my EBT card which they only charged me 15$. Let’s get to this ! Has 2 floors. They also have a little section where you can hang your belongings like jackets, bags, etc. I really loved that idea because it prevented me from carrying all the jackets and bag around with me… Sections are well divided. They have an area for infants-3year oldss in the second floor…Staff are very friendly. I’m leaving a few pics. Check this place out. You won’t regret it. Have fun with your kids ❤️🌻 p.s. I wanted to post videos but it didn’t let me….

5 months agoMy 3 year old loves it! He enjoys all the activities. Highly recommend but one thing that needs to be looked at is the water activity on the first floor because it has this weird odor. Like a wet rag- even the fishing poles smell weird. Please look into that!

3 months agoWe came here for my son’s birthday. He had a blast! So many engaging and education activities. What did upset me, is the amount of parents who do not watch their children. So many kids were roaming free. More than one child tried taking toys out of my son’s hands. I didn’t allow it. Coming to a place like this, children must be reminded that the toys are for everyone as well as to respect others. Some child kicked a ball causing another child’s fort to fall. After doing that, he told the child and his mom that he’s a bad guy. One child collected numerous toy cars and still tried to take the cars my son was playing with. When I didn’t let him take it, he laid on the floor and cried. His mom or the lady he was with didn’t redirect him nor did she try apologizing. I would like to return, but am not looking forward to watching other Parents’ kids. I completely understand that children will be children and they are still learning, but adults should watch their children.

5 months agoI had not been here in years since my now 14 year old son was 2 years old. Back then I had the membership. Not sure how much it cost now. The girl who rung me up charged entrance fee of $14.50 for my daughter and $14.50 for myself and told me if I bought the membership it would be taken out of the balance but didn't speak on how much it was etc. The parking garage is free on the 5th floor. I took my now 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it and already asking when I can take her back. We were there for approximately 2 and a half hours since they close at 3. I feel it's too early to close so early considering there were quite a few families in there. Announcements started 30 minutes prior to closing then again at 20 minutes then again at 10 and 5 minutes. It does suck to charge an adult fee but business is business. My daughter had a great time and that's all that matters to me.
