2 weeks agoWe had an amazing time at Chuck E. Cheese this weekend! The kids had an absolute blast playing games, enjoying delicious food, and soaking in the fun-filled atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. It was the perfect place for family entertainment, and we can't wait to come back for another exciting visit!

a month agoSAVE your money. Don't go here. Go spend the extra 100 and go to malibu jacks. The workers are very unprofessional, rude, and on their phones the whole time. One guy that worked there was smoking a cigarette right by the front doors, ew. Over half of the games are broken, they take your credit but the game doesn't work. The games clearly are never wiped down they are disgusting. Don't get me started on the bathroom. Trash over piled sinks dirty with hair, the toilets are absolutely foul. We had to leave and go across the street to a restaurant to use the restroom that's how bad they were at chuck e cheese. Highly disappointed in an understatement. My kids were unimpressed which speaks volumes because my kids are go with the flow and have fun even at a simple park. So for them to not have fun proved this location has some series issues. I hope corporate can hopefully see this and take action. All employees need to be re trained and whoever is managing this location needs to be let go. The cleanliness of this location is pure health hazard and I wouldn't be surprised if after people leave here they get sick.

a week agoMy daughter had her birthday party there and for $200+ I was disappointed. Literally the whole place smelled like weed. Half the staff was stoned out of their minds or on their phone. Not all of them. The manager was so high I could barely understand him. The guy watching the trampolines was also stoned and on his phone the whole time. The girl who took care of our party was actually great & really sweet. Slid her $20 for actually paying attention. The one time she wasn't around to be found her stoned manager was making her do something up front keeping her away from us.

a month agoHonest review. We paid for a party that covered 10 kids "$250". The package included 3 medium pizzas- they charge $2 extra per pizza if you want them to be large. They brought one of our pizzas out completely burnt up. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. The stalls were out of toilet paper and sinks were out of paper towels. The place is ran by young kids and every single one of them Had their phones out shoved in their face. For the money spent there, our experience was not the best. Way over priced and such a disappointment.

a month agoMy daughters had a great overall experience at the this Chuck E. Cheese. The manager Jhosh helped make my girls birthday experience memorable while jumping around in the play area. Highly recommend for for birthday parties or just looking for a fun time.
