We celebrated my daughters 5th Birthday here. Overall I will say the kids had a great time, this location is very clean and the food is better than expected. The staff is horrible! They do not communicate clearly and cause a lot of unnecessary confusion. We had issues checking in and adding kids even though they told us we could add more kids no problem. Eventually it was fixed and we thought everything was going to be easy after that. Without going into boring details the manager there is very aggressive, defensive and immature in her approach to people. There was a 20 dollar misunderstanding which was on them for lack of communication. We were more than willing to figure it out especially since 20 dollars isn't worth arguing about but the manager wasn't into talking or explaining anything. She is obviously use to using aggression and anger to solve her problems. The main girl working with us was very kind but so unsure of things that it made things very confusing so the combination of the two was less than ideal. The manager needs training and maybe an understanding that not everyone is trying to fight with her but customers deserve an explanation. It felt like the staff either had no idea what was going on half the time or they were to scared to make decisions because of fall back from their regional manager.

We had my son’s 6th birthday here recently. The lady who was helping our table with the party was extremely nice and helpful (I didn’t catch her name) even though we didn’t buy the package with a party attendant. I love how this place isn’t super packed even on weekends. The pizza isn’t my favorite but my kids have a blast when we come here, it’s fairly clean, and never too busy.

Cleaner and larger than most Chuck E Cheese locations I've been to. This is exactly what you expect. Ok pizza, lots of loud games and kids.

There's not many places that just make you happy when you walk in, Chuck E. Cheese on Speedway is an exception to this rule. Whether young or old you'll find the staff are all so kind (especially Managers), the food is great and the games are as entertaining as it gets. We're fortunate to have this location back!
